Who am I?

Martin Lundgren, manual therapist, educator, and author with over 20 years of experience in advanced manual therapy and movement development

My passion is helping people reconnect with their bodies, free themselves from chronic pain, and reach a new level of physical and emotional well-being.

Throughout my career, I have developed unique and pioneering methods and new paradigms for understanding how the body functions in movement. My book, Movement Integration, stands as a testament to my commitment to innovation and education in this field.

I combine advanced techniques with a personalized approach to offer effective treatments and lasting results. Whether in individual sessions or group workshops, my goal is to empower each client to discover their potential and enjoy a freer, healthier life.

Martin Lundgren is a Board Certified Structural Integrator and Movement Practitioner. With roots in Structural Integration and Anatomy in Motion, he has spent many years developing new treatment systems and methods. He is the creator of Movement Integration, also known as Rörelseintegrering. Over more than a decade, he has created a comprehensive map of interrelational movement, explaining the body’s complex relationships from a systemic perspective—clarifying the deep connection between movement and structure. A simplified version of this interrelational map is Gait Made Simple, illustrated through the Color Illustration Model®.

He is one of the authors of the book Movement Integration, and the founder of Aspera Education, Aspera Movement Integration, and the concepts YinFascial Release® and 3PM®. In addition to training other therapists, he helps people enhance their kinesthetic awareness, performance, and well-being at his clinic through his integrative approach to treatment and movement.
